Our Proposal:
In May 2010, we hope to dedicate an entire day for an interactive event, set up by the Hudson Riverfront.

On 2 separate canvases, we will encourage people to paint either their impression of the state of pollution of the river, or their interpretation of a cleaner river.

By involving the community in an interactive artwork, we hope to promote awareness of the River and the ongoing issues of pollution that we are all connected with.

We intend to display the finished pieces on the wall of the Hudson River Park Trust building, for the remainder of the summer
